After the purchase of a brand package, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out. This will provide the necessary details for me to customize your brand. Each Brand Identity package includes a primary & secondary logo, font selection, postcard, business card or fresh sheet (you must provide detailed pricing), and brand guide.

What is the turnaround time?
After the purchase of a brand package, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out. Your answers will give me the details needed to customize your brand. As soon as you get this completed, I will get to work. You can then have your new brand within TWO week, depending on your requested changes and refinements. Each logo includes one refinement.
How many of each Brand Identity Packages are sold?
Each logo is only sold three times. My intention is to have each logo feel unique to you. No three brands look the same. Note: the logos aren't completely custom brands if that is what you are looking for, you can take a look here at my Signature Brand Journey.
Is one-on-one support included in this package?
No, one-on-one support isn't included in the Brand Identity Packages.
Can I request refinements to the logo?
One refinement is included in the price of the Brand Identity Package. Additional refinements will be billed hourly at $111/hr. If you're looking for a custom design, I invite you to look into my Signature Brand Journey.
What is all included in a Brand Identity Package?
You'll receive a packaged zip file of your brand assets, brand guide pdf, links to purchase fonts & free alternatives (if available), color palette in CMYK, RGB, HEX, logo files in AI, PNG, JPG, and lastly your selection of fresh sheet, postcard or business card.
What is a brand guide and why do I need one?
Brand trust and loyalty is built on brand consistency. The brand guide will give you detailed direction on what colors to use for your social posts, website, colors to bring into brand photos, etc. This will provide you with confidence that your brand is showing up consistently across all areas.
